Before awarding a prize

  1. Check the saved score, accuracy, completed rounds and the official eligibility rules.
  2. Contact the registered email and ask for a reply. Confirm their saved player nickname and qualifying run.
  3. Resolve any duplicate entries or disputed results. Names are self-reported; verified email confirms control of an inbox.
  4. Collect delivery details privately after confirming the winner. Never ask for a game password, payment or verification code.

The social T-shirt giveaway is separate. Its qualifying posts and winner are reviewed separately.
